My name is Laura Cristea, and, as I lost most of my vision due to brain cancer at an early age, I have found the answer to that question the hard way.
Using my personal life experience and academic knowledge, I founded How2Cope.co.uk, a life coaching service that helps people like yourselves to balance various aspects of their life, improve their mental wellbeing and learn to be happy.

YOU ARE IN CONTROL
It always amazes me how, as human beings, we are capable of so much greatness.
We all struggle at times but remember that learning is an ongoing process. Progress is not a straight line, we can stumble and fall, and we can even take a few steps back but, as we keep on going and keep trying, we can achieve our goals and dreams!
Let us not allow fear and scrutiny to hold us back! We are in control of our own lives, and we can choose to be happy!

ABOUT LAURA
Where there is a will, there will be a way!
About myself, well, the short version is that I have always been fascinated by the human mind and wanted to help people. I have a background in Psychology, Education, Inclusion and SEND.
At 14 years old, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I now have brain cancer and lost 70% of my sight due to it. My health issues brought unique insight and experience that led me on the path I am on today.
I love life and living it with a smile.
