In our sessions, we will try to uncover your inner self, what troubles you and what you would like to improve. The goal is to help you be the person you want to be and to discover your inner strength.
What Should You Expect?
In our sessions, we will set goals, identify barriers and ways to overcome existent struggles. The sessions will boost your self-confidence and self-esteem while using real-life examples and scenarios. You will be able to self-rely on your inner strength to feel happy, motivated and to be more productive.
Format
The standard sessions are 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes long. However, the sessions will be adjusted to accommodate you and your schedule. The cost of the sessions is negotiable (based on the type, duration and frequency of the sessions) and may vary between £50 and £200.

At the end of our sessions, you will be left with a burst of positivity and improved self-confidence. You will discover how to organise your personal and professional lives to enable you to pursue your goals towards becoming an accomplished independent individual.
